General Qualifications:

• Engineering faculty graduate (Industrial Engineering is preferred)
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Analytical thinking, strong planning and organizational skills, team player and attention to detail are required
• Well written and spoken English language
• Internship duration 6 months

• Creating purchase orders for raw materials/packaging materials and sharing them with relevant suppliers.
  
• Agreeing with suppliers on delivery time and quantity
• Daily raw material stock control.
• Weekly packaging material stock control.
• Weekly gourmet finished product stock control.
• Monthly gourmet end product scope file check (twice)
• Weekly raw material and packaging invoice control and approval process.
• Updating the monthly raw material supply file according to the beginning of the stock amount.
• Checking all open purchase orders and ensuring that the right quantity of goods is received at the right time. (raw packaging material and final product)
• Checking for expired limited shelf life SKUs.
• Discussing with sales team about expired limited shelf life SKUs.
• Based on the monthly FC volume (DSR file), decide on the optimum quantity of required SKUs in collaboration with the demand planner and sales team.
• Organizing a truck for loading from Belgium.
• See you in Belgium with a solid planning team who will have information on stock availability.
• Comparing actual sales and exchange with the sales team to prevent future out-of-stocks for gourmet products.
• Updating the monthly cocoa powder collateral file with the beginning of the stock amount. Organizing monthly meetings with the Cocoa sales and demand planner.
• Controlling the price of some packaging materials to save costs. (such as pallet, ticket, stretch)
• Daily activities (answering mail, attending a meeting)
