 We are looking for a "Production Engineer" to enrich our growing team.

General Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree from a reputable university

At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry or at a relevant position in production environment, 

Having knowledge of Automotive Quality Standards and problem solving skills,

Fluent in both spoken and written English,

Proficient of using 3D programs (Creo, Pro-E, Solidworks, Catia etc.)

Analytical thinking, team player, well organized and strong commitment,

Qualified knowledge and practical experience in MS-Office applications,

Ability to manage multiple projects involving a variety of resources with defined deadlines,

A strong focus on the requirements of the customers,

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, time/method study, optimization and project management.

Job Description

Managing the production operation

Developing methodologies for efficiency and continuous improvement,

Increasing productivity and cost management by managing process improvement activities,

Supervision of machine maintenance and efficiency and taking necessary precautions,

Ensuring the continuity of management systems for occupational health and safety,

To manage all personnel in the Production Unit,

To make capacity, shift and workforce planning of the production according to the Production Plans,

To ensure the production program is completed in the designated timeframe, efficiency and quality,

To ensure the adaptation of new technologies and applications to the areas of responsibility.

To conduct research on increasing productivity, reducing consumable consumption, and saving energy throughout the production,

To manage lean manufacturing system,

Determining production techniques, performing studies for new products and projects, and commissioning (lay-out drawings, preparation of process flow and work plans, preparation of operation drawings and work instructions, etc.)
