Position: Sales Support Engineer – Contractor

Location: Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır

QUALIFICATION

Education:

• University degree, preferably in Agricultural Engineering.
• Preferable business background
• Work experience in sales or technic

Specialized knowledge for the position:

• Unit specific sales and sales support processes
• Strategy and targets of the Unit
• Communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Basic knowledge of MS office, Windows and Email systems
• Driving  License

Language skills: 

• Local language - fluent
• English - basic or above

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create demand on the market -personal contact with A customers (farms & shops) - and cooperation with distribution network,
• Steering sales at retailer level,
• Manage CRM - update database information about farms from the region,
• Forecasting&reporting - Budgeting sales within region (Bottom up plan as a part of CRM),
• Provide Risk&Opportunities information from the region,
• MAS implementation in the region (focus on defined customers with interlink to other functions),
• Represent BASF in the region (trainings, customer events, complain management),
• Monitor market (collect data relevant for agro business, update about distribution, competitors&other relevant stakeholders in a compliance frame).
