The Reception Clerk will be the first point of contact for guests at TUI Blue Maviss, delivering warm, efficient, and professional front desk service. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating outstanding first impressions and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the TUI Blue standard of excellence.
• Perform efficient and welcoming guest check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with TUI Blue brand standards
• Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately using Elektraweb PMS
• Provide professional multilingual guest communication at the front desk, via telephone, and through digital channels
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously, escalating to the Shift Leader or management when necessary
• Process guest payments, manage cash float, and perform accurate cashiering and end-of-shift reconciliation
• Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and preferences in the PMS to support personalized service delivery
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Belldesk, and Concierge to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
• Manage room assignments and allocation in coordination with the Reservations team, optimizing occupancy and guest satisfaction
• Prepare daily reports including arrivals, departures, VIP lists, and occupancy summaries
• Support upselling initiatives for room upgrades, packages, and hotel services
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures as outlined in hotel protocols
• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of front desk experience at a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and/or Russian is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of PMS systems (Elektraweb experience is a strong advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment
• Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office applications
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of the Antalya tourism market and Mediterranean hospitality culture is a plus
