About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focusedCorporate Travel Solutions Specialist to join our growing team in Türkiye.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients in Türkiye while collaborating closely with our global partner. You will be responsible for supporting the sales process, leading customer onboarding and system integration projects, managing ongoing client relationships, and ensuring successful adoption of our corporate travel solutions.

This is a cross-functional position that combinesbusiness development, account management, customer success, and implementation, requiring excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development activities for corporate travel solutions in the Turkish market.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate products and solutions.
  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from initiation to successful go-live.
  • Coordinate integration processes between customers and internal or external technical teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and project discussions in English with global stakeholders and international clients.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, product, and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare reports, project updates, and customer documentation.
  • Occasionally visit customers when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: B2B Sales, Account Management and Customer Success
  • Excellent written and spoken English (professional working proficiency is essential).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with international stakeholders.
  • Experience managing customer relationships throughout the full customer lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working with international teams.
