Job Description

• Planning of machinery and investments,
• Technical planning of products and manufacturing processes (turning, milling, grinding etc),
• Ensuring continuity and optimization of production,
• Leading improvement and digitalization/automation projects in the manufacturing area related with safety, quality, efficiency, cost, performance increase etc.,
• Proactive collaboration with all departments regarding continuity of production and improvement projects,
• Tracking and reporting of KPIs under area of responsibility

Qualifications

• Graduation from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgy Engineering or relevant engineering faculties,
• Production knowledge & technical experience is an advantage (machining),
• Very good command in English (German is an asset),
• Very good computer skills, SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Eagerness to learn, detail oriented with analytical thinking and pro-active approach,
• Strong communication skills
