We are looking talents to build their career as aArchitectural Works Superintendent for our project in Trinidad and Tobago!

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site experience, preferably on large-scale international projects.
• Strong experience in façade systems, including curtain walls, windows, doors, glazing, stone cladding, metal panels, and exterior architectural finishes.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Familiarity with U.S. construction standards, codes, and quality requirements.
• Experience in supervising subcontractors, coordinating construction crews, and managing architectural site activities.
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures, inspections, and construction tolerances.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues directly in the field.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction documentation.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all architectural construction activities on site, with particular emphasis on façade installation and exterior architectural works.
• Ensure that all architectural works are executed in strict accordance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, applicable U.S. standards, and project quality requirements.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors, and construction crews to ensure efficient execution of the work.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure architectural activities are completed in accordance with the project schedule.
• Perform regular site inspections to verify workmanship, material compliance, installation accuracy, and overall construction quality.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and installation details to identify discrepancies and resolve technical issues before and during construction.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Identify nonconforming work, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure compliance with project quality standards.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC team to prepare works for inspections, testing, approvals, and final acceptance.
• Follow up on punch list items and ensure timely closeout and successful handover of completed works.
