Italy based Oniverse founded in 1986 which is one of the largest international companies in retail sector.

Oniverse has 120 stores in Turkey including Calzedonia, Intimissimi,Intimissimi Uomo, Falconeri brands.

Now, Oniverse is looking for a Marketing Assistant at headquarter in Nişantaşı

Responsibilities:

• Designing and executing projects to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement,
• Networking and planning/managing events and organizations aligned with marketing strategies and business objectives,
• Producing detailed proposals for events,
• Locating resources, visiting sites, and leading pre-event meetings to help staff make decisions about event design,
• Managing securing bookings and suitable locations/venues,
• Managing relationships with business partners, suppliers, and agencies,
• Establishing and fostering collaborations with Media,
• Conceptualizing theme ideas and preparing campaign or event content using marketing tools effectively,
• Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials
• Ability to negotiate budget with third parties,
• Analyzing performance and reporting on the effectiveness of projects,
• Conducting competitor analysis and tracking industry trends to provide innovative recommendations,

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field,
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in marketing, media/pr agencies,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong creative thinking and innovative approach,
• Knowledge in luxury / global fashion marketing, social media strategies, and analytics tools,
• Experienced in agency or brand collaborations,
• Proficient in creating creative ideas and projects for the brands,
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills,
• Experienced in project management and a good team player,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Being in touch directly with media, influencers, pr agencies,
• Reporting to directly Marketing&PR Director.
