We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our reception and guest relations team and ensure a seamless guest journey from the first inquiry to departure.
In a boutique property like Casa dell’Arte, the front office is not simply a reception desk — it is theheart of the guest experience and the central point of communication across the house.

This role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys working closely with the team, coordinating operations across departments and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the warmth and character of Casa dell’Arte.
Candidates currently living in Bodrum or willing to relocate for the season are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a warm, professional and personalized guest experience from reservation to departure
- Handle guest requests, feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, group stays and wedding guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure prompt resolution of any concerns
- Manage the daily operations of the reception and guest relations team
- Lead by example and work closely with the team, participating in front desk shifts when needed
- Ensure efficient check-in, check-out and reservation processes
- Supervise room allocations, booking management and guest communications
- Ensure compliance with local guest registration and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate financial and cashiering procedures
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met
- Coordinate special requests, amenities and room preparations for VIP guests
- Maintain effective communication through daily briefings and operational updates
- Support the coordination of weddings, private events and group stays hosted at the property
- Act as a central communication point during events and high-occupancy periods
- Ensure smooth guest logistics during special events
- Monitor occupancy levels, booking pace and competitive set pricing, supporting revenue optimization together with management
- Encourage upselling and ensure the team is knowledgeable aboutrates, packages and promotions
- Support the implementation of sales and promotional programs
- Maintain guest profiles and contribute to repeat guest engagement and relationship building
- Share guest feedback and market insights with management to support marketing and positioning of the property
- Support revenue optimization through upselling and rate awareness
- Identify opportunities to promote experiences, events, and special packages to guests before and during their stay
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in front office supervision or management
- Experience in boutique or lifestyle hotels preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Fluent English required (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong problem-solving skills and guest-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with PMS systems and MS Office
Education: Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
