QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Communication, Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities,
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry,
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus),
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a welcoming and guest-oriented attitude,
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (preferred),
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail,
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure,
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures,
  • Handle guest requests and provide information regarding hotel services and local attractions,
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally,
  • Ensure that all front desk operations are carried out efficiently and in line with the hotel’s standards,
  • Assist with administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and reservation management,
  • Manage guest accounts and payments accurately,
  • Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
