Job Description
Reception & Check-in/out: Warmly welcoming guests and efficiently processing registration and passport procedures, ensuring a seamless experience by overcoming language barriers.
Communication Liaison: Acting as a bridge by accurately interpreting the requests of Russian-speaking guests (e.g., room service, maintenance issues) and relaying them to the relevant departments in English or Turkish.
Reservation Management: Professionally handling and responding to reservation inquiries received via telephone and email in both languages.
Problem Solving: Actively listening to guest grievances, demonstrating empathy, and delivering persuasive and effective solutions in both languages.
Guest Information & Concierge Services: Providing comprehensive information regarding on-site activities, local tourist attractions, and transportation options.
Requirements & Qualifications
Russian Proficiency: Minimum B2/C1 level; must possess clear articulation and diction, with a strong command of Russian cultural nuances and etiquette.
English Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently at international standards (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level).
PMS (Property Management Systems): Proficiency in using hotel management software, specificallyElektra or equivalent systems.
MS Office: Fundamental computer literacy for professional correspondence and reporting.
Crisis Management: Proven ability to remain composed under pressure during peak hours and excel inmultitasking.
Cultural Awareness: A respectful and inclusive approach toward the diverse habits, expectations, and backgrounds of international guests.
Professional Image: High representative capacity with excellent verbal communication skills and a well-groomed,presentable appearance.
