We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team at Ceva Turkey.
This role will be responsible for driving demand planning excellence, improving forecast accuracy, ensuring data quality, and supporting the One Delivery transformation program.
The successful candidate will not only build forecasts but also challenge assumptions, analyze business trends, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate monthly demand planning activities
- Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and related KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to build a consensus demand plan
- Perform risk and opportunity assessments and scenario modelling
- Support inventory optimization and service level improvement initiatives
- Actively contribute to One Delivery and other transformation projects
- Ensure data quality and governance within Maestro, JDE, and related systems
- Develop dashboards and analytical tools to support business decisions
- Promote the use of AI and digital tools within planning processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply chain functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain functions
- Experience in pharmaceutical, animal health, medical devices, or FMCG industries is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Interest in AI tools and digital technologies
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented personality
