CMA CGM, Turkey - an agency 100% owned by CMA-CGM Group, is staffed with knowledgeable and motivated industry professionals who work closely with its customers to provide them with the best possible service and high quality transport of their cargo. As a result of expanding our organization, we are currently looking for Sales Representative to join our fast growing and challenging organization.


ROLE:

Develop and manage a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area in accordance with Trade and the line. She/he sells products and services related to it, while promoting Group image and values.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify the commercial market opportunities and prospect and follow up on the customers in order to develop and monitor customer’s portfolio.
  • To perform customers visits on weekly basis as per given targets & commercial action plan.
  • Sell all the Group products, tools and services (i.e eCommerce, intermodal, value added products etc.) & make sales leads through CRM system.
  • Receive, qualify in priority customers requests, in function of their strategic importance, and process their requests.
  • Inform her/his customers about all CMA CGM services, updates, new products on regular basis.
  • Participate in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensure the right customer's segmentation is selected in her/his area.
  • Provide the Trade and her/his management with information about the market; follow up on competition and traffic potential.
  • Relay quotation request from her/his customers to head quarter & closely follow up the process.
  • Coordinate her/ his actions with the Agency Commercial Inside in priority about customer and market knowledge including sales leads, communication and follow up whenever required.
  • Ensure update of commercial data in the information system (Lisa CRM) and try to identify the market.

 

 REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFIC SKILLS: 

  • Graduate or post graduate level (+4 years) in university
  • Min +2 years experience in a similar role
  • Effective communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Team oriented
  • Good computer skills
  • Fluent English
  • Driving License – B required
