QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• At least 5 years of experience in reporting, budgeting and financial analysis
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Previous experience in multinational companies is preferred
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Based in Kocaeli, Osmaniye or Adana, or willing to relocate

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs and SOX files
• Preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts
• Coordination and support of the month-end closing process
• Support for controlling and SSC teams to improve operational efficiency
• Support in the preparation of consolidated reports for Crown Turkiye
• Preparation of monthly dashboards for top management
• Support in product and customer margin analysis
• Preparation of analyses related to SOX compliance and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support for external and internal audits related to SOX compliance and balance sheet reviews
• Preparation of transfer pricing studies for true-up exercises
• Preparation of monthly customer price analyses to support controlling activities
• Preparation of benchmarking studies on departmental costs for review by local management
• Perform profitability analysis by product, customer and business segment
• Support working capital management initiatives
• Participate in finance transformation and process improvement projects
• Support investment (Capex) evaluations and post-investment reviews
