D Watches and Jewellery is a retail and distribution company for luxury brands of watches, watch accessories and personal accessories.

D Watches and Jewellery which is under of the organization at Doğuş Retail is looking for a Brand Management Assistant Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the creation of order lists,

• To follow the import processes,

• Organizing the transportation of products to sales points,

• To meet the demands of sales points, to identify their deficiencies and to contribute to their development,

• Supporting after-sales services (Working closely with the Technical Service department to ensure coordination)

• To participate in team works to determine the vision, mission, goals and strategies needed by the brand,

• Supporting brand positioning,

• To report the brand's performance, costs, price parameters, market situation,

• Contributing to the creation of sales forecasts,

• Supporting all marketing activities,

• Supporting all PR activities,

• Researching trends in the market and monitoring and reporting competitor activities to ensure consistency with the brand's strategy,

• Following and reporting dealer and consumer responses,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading), French or German second language,

• Undergraduate degree in business administration or similar fields,

• Having minimum 1-3 years of experience,

• Mastering MS office programs (especially Excel),

• Disciplined, high job tracking competence,

• Has the ability to work in a planned and scheduled manner,

• Has a research spirit,

• Has creative and innovative thinking skills,

• Focus on results,

• Has the ability to manage stress,

• Has a team spirit.
