Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team at our factory inAtaşehir, Istanbul. As an industry leader operating in domestic and international markets, we are an innovative organization that embraces change and places customer satisfaction at the heart of all business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience in the warehouse racking systems industry.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Willing to reside on the Asian side of Istanbul.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer inquiries and coordinate with all relevant departments before and throughout each project.
• Manage sales processes effectively and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Participate in project design processes and maintain effective communication with customers during the quotation stage.
• Optimize project costs, manage timelines, and prepare quotations and proposal presentations.
• Monitor project deliveries and manage customer relationships.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction throughout the after-sales process.
• Analyze customer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
• Coordinate with sales, design, production, and logistics teams to resolve issues throughout the process.
• Develop marketing and negotiation strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Apply analytical thinking and take an active role in problem-solving.
• Build long-term business relationships through a customer-focused approach.
