Marketing Department Assistant

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Marketing Department Assistant" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role you will/will be; 

• Assisting to Brand Managers in implementing the marketing strategies' execution plan
• Taking a responsibility for marketing activities to execute and follow up
• Being responsible for market, product and competition analysis
• Managing brands' promotional materials, sampling, procurements
• Bring creative idea recommendations for the effective implementation of the plans
• Managing Product Budget and monthly track to keep the commitments
• Strong communication related stakeholders (finance, procurements, congress, sales) to timely deliver the tasks
• Preparing weekly and monthly Marketing Department reports
• Logistic support to Marketing Department (Meeting organizations, planning, visa application and follow-up)
• SAS, SAT, PO creation and follow-up
• Assisting Marketing in related subjects (marketing meetings, procurement of promotional materials, distribution of materials to sales force, sample planning and distribution)
• Supporting Marketing Department in product label, contract

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have/be; 

• University Degree from reputable universities with business administration, economics, or engineering backgrounds
• Minimum 1-2 years of Marketing Department Assistant experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good command of Excel
• Result-focused and detail-oriented
• Strong communicational skills
