About You

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; preferably Engineering or Economic department
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a sales/finance is an asset

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English 

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills 

• Developed analytical thinking skills 

• Very good knowledge of MS Office  applications (especially Excel) is mandatory

• Military service must be completed for male candidates 

About The Job

• Prepare monthly mix management report to guide channels’ profitable growth
• Push & follow on subchannel & category & product mix within the month to achieve monthly/quarterly NS & Profit targets
• Make comparison of budget and actual sales and costs, evaluate and report variations 
• Define pricing for new customers&products inline w/ company strategy
• Control & report target and actual costs 
• Detect and track all cost causing parameters and actions within company  
• Building yearly financials for each channel inline with company strategy

• Develop RGM strategy and ensure organizational alignment

• Set up tools, processes for optimization
