About You

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• Bachelors degree from a reputable university preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related departments
• At least 6 years of experience in field sales/sales operations, especially in distributor channel
• Having experience in route to market strategies and concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SAP, Panorama (or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholder at a variety of levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills

About The Job

• Build, desing and execute route-to-market strategies
• Track and monitor distributors' profitability regularly, take actions according to distributors profitability level
• Make route optimizations and efficiency studies, find out efficiency opportunities
• Manage distributor discount structures with bonus and premium systems, set KPI's and trackings
• Help building/re-defining sales operations and RTM
• Help developing distributor and company profitability
• Take part in business development and RTM projects
• Develop field force tracking tools through salesforce automation system, SFA reporting, interpret outcomes and act accordingly
• Lead and manage cooler deployment process with ROI perspective
• Build and develop sales incentive plans to maximize field team performance
