Demirören Media brings together some of Türkiye's most powerful media brands, including Hürriyet, Milliyet, Posta, CNN Türk, DHA and D-Smart. Together with our technology company D Tech Cloud and Microsoft, we are leading an AI-first transformation under our "Frontier Firm" vision. We have moved this transformation beyond the planning stage and are now putting it into practice. We are looking for talented people who will take ownership of the product and the business model and help us scale this transformation together.

About the Role You will play a direct role in one or more of the Group's three strategic programs:

1. New Revenue Models: Design and launch digital revenue models, including subscriptions, premium/ad-free memberships, agentic advertising, and B2B data and content licensing.
2. Customer Platform: Unify users across all of our brands into a single identity, CRM and personalization layer; design segmentation, customer lifetime value and personalized experiences.
3. AI-Native Products: Take AI-powered content generation systems, personal AI assistants and applications that turn news data into products from idea to launch.

Responsibilities

• Model pricing, packaging and revenue scenarios, and prepare business cases,
• Analyze customer data to build segmentation, churn and personalization frameworks,
• Define use cases, requirements and roadmaps for AI products; rapidly test and measure MVPs,
• Work end-to-end with product, technology, editorial, advertising and CRM teams,
• Define and track KPIs (ARPU, conversion, retention, ROAS, etc.) and provide regular insights to senior management.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field,
• 1–5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: revenue/growth, CRM/customer analytics, product management, or data science/AI,
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; ability to perform analysis using Python or a similar tool,
• A data-driven, experiment-oriented working style, with the ability to take ownership in ambiguous situations,
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior management,
• Full professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with pricing, advertising products, subscription or marketplace revenue models,
• Experience with recommendation systems, personalization or CRM campaign management,
• Experience taking LLM, RAG, generative AI or agent-based products into production,
• Experience founding a venture or working in a versatile role in a startup environment,
• Experience in media, digital publishing, e-commerce or telecom.
