QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Advisor at DHL Express, you’ll use your winning personality to connect with customers, exceed expectations and directly contribute to improving people’s lives. You’ll be able to simplify complex issues to create helpful solutions quickly – and be supported by competent colleagues and the latest technology.

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:

  • We are insanely customer centric, you will handle to incoming calls to Customer Services Center professionally by understanding customer expectations and providing maximum customer satisfaction
  • You will responsible for coordination of international shipment requests from our customers and correctly directing them to the Operations teams
  • You will be international specialist; so will inform our customers about foreign trade documents, procedures and international trade rules when they request making an international shipment
  • We serve express service every day; so providing accurate information to our customers asking about international shipments is really important task
  • We serve fast service every day; you will promote and sell the products during the phone call that will meet the expectations and needs of our customers


YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Willing to work in 3 months limited contract
  • Undergraduate graduation or Bachelor Degree Student
  • Excellent proficiency in English; read, write, and speak without any trouble in English
  • Strong communication and social skills; you need to understand our customers needs and expectations as no one can
  • Prone to teamwork
  • Able to handle different business processes at the same time and work with a focus on time sensitivity
  • Able to adapt to intense and demanding work schedule

Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
