IDEAL PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, or similar roles
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-up skills
• Ability to manage routine operational tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Fluency in English is preferred

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Track payment schedules associated with content acquisitions and original production projects
• Monitor invoices and coordinate payment processes with Finance and Accounting teams
• Follow contractual financial terms, including payment dates, currencies, and operational financial clauses
• Maintain day-to-day operational coordination with Legal, Acquisition, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders 
• Ensure accurate and timely system tracking of payments, invoices, and financial records
• Monitor open items, payment delays, and potential operational risks, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate and complete operational financial documentation 
• Provide reliable operational financial data to budgeting and reporting teams
• Support internal control procedures and audit processes 
• Maintain organized documentation and operational process records in accordance with company standards
