IDEAL PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree and/or internationally recognized HR certifications are preferred,
• Minimum of 15 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles,
• Proven experience in the strategic management of HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Organizational Development, and Talent Management functions,
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and employee experience initiatives to build a sustainable leadership pipeline,
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with senior leadership, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive collaboration across the organization,
• Solid experience in HR Operations, HRIS, and digital HR solutions, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational excellence,
• Fluent in English,
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills, with proven experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives,
• High ethical standards, strong executive presence, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a customer-centric, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

A. Business Partnering Leadership

• Act as the senior HR advisor to business leaders on talent, performance, and organization structure,
• Coach and guide HR BP Managers to provide consistent, business-aligned HR support,
• Ensure people processes and policy adherence are maintained across all verticals.

B. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Oversee all hiring operations through the Recruiting Team Lead, ensuring recruitment quality, efficiency, and candidate experience,
• Define recruitment strategies in coordination with business needs and employer branding objectives,
• Ensure that onboarding is aligned with HR practices and cultural expectations.

C. Internal Communications Oversight

• Manage internal communication efforts to ensure clear, timely, and relevant messages across the organization,
• Support communication of leadership priorities, company updates, and people programs,
• Collaborate with PR and People & Culture functions for coordinated internal messaging.

D. People Function Leadership

• Lead and align HRBP, recruitment, and communication functions to deliver integrated HR support,
• Ensure cross-functional coordination, information flow, and alignment with overall people strategy,
• Develop team capabilities in their respective areas through coaching and performance management.
