Human Resources Generalist (Fixed-Term)

We are looking for a Fixed-Term " Human Resources Generalist" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Bursa Factory.

If you have,

• Bachelors degree from related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Training Management, Performance Management and Talent Management processes
• Ability to work in multi-task environment
• Strong organization, problem solving, communication & presentation skills
• Good written & verbal English skills
• No travel restriction
• Driving license and actively driving

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined Diniz Adient as a “Fixed-Term HR Generalist”

• The execution of all HR functions such as Recruitment, Training Management, Performance Management, Talent Management and Communication Activities
• KPI Reporting
• Supporting HR related projects
