Döhler Turkey is looking for a Product Manager - CNP to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Developing and implementing an innovative, competitive, and economically sustainable product range and a corresponding portfolio strategy for the product groups in the field of responsibility on the basis of the business unit strategy,
• Creating and holding product presentations at customer workshops in collaboration with Sales,
• Market and competition analysis concerning ingredients and concepts relevant to specific product groups,
• Monitoring revenue development and sales activities of the products in the field of responsibility in accordance with defined performance indicators (turnover, sales, market share, etc.) and developing and conducting measures for improving the revenue situation in collaboration with Sales,
• Compiling production information in collaboration with R&I and Global Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs and communicating it in in-house training sessions,
• Operative management of innovation projects in collaboration with Innovation Management, R&D, and Sales,
• Develop and implement a vibrant, innovative, and economically sustainable B2B product portfolio with a corresponding portfolio strategy and clear positioning (USP) for the product group in the area of resp. based on the business unit strategy.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field,
• Min. 2 - 3 years experience in Product Management or Sales,
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good team player, strong communication skills,
• Result oriented, proactive, willing to take initiative,
• Self motivated with high level of energy.
