Dönmez Debriyaj, one of the leading companies in the automotive supplier industry, is located in Bağyurdu Organized Industrial Zone in Kemalpaşa. The company manufactures clutch pressure plates, clutch discs, and release bearings for light and heavy commercial vehicles, and exports its products to more than 80 countries worldwide.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to be assigned to the Quality Department of our company, located in Kemalpaşa Bağyurdu Organized Industrial Zone.

• BS/MS degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical or other related engineering disciplines,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Department (in automotive environment is a plus)
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949,
• Good knowledge of MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, core items.
• Good knowledge of 8D, 5 WHY, Ishikawa etc. problem solving and root cause analysis methods
• Quality oriented,
• Excellent MS Office knowledge,
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written,
• No restrictions for travelling,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and team working ability is essential.
• Creative, analytic minded, able to use initiative
• Strong leadership ability
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn new subjects,
• Multi-tasking ability and attention to detail is necessary.

Job Description

• Lead and manage quality control inspector ,
• Implements containment and corrective actions,
• Calculates and report quality metrics,
• Assists in identifying process control issues and resolution,
• Works in accordance with the principles of continuous improvement,
• Follow-up of KPI's and improvement of the processes,
• Follow up the workflow activities, take actions and report the results
• Works with engineering team for change management issues
• Manage of all products produced in the Company (incoming , process, final controls)
• Manage customer complaints and relations
• Execute quality system, coordinate document audits
• Provide necessary support to other departments in preparing product files in new projects
• Manage and roles the internal audits of IATF 16949
• Other quality roles which are requested by the company
