We are looking for a ''Junior Quality Control Associate’’ to be in Hendek. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Ensuring that the necessary examination, control, chemical and microbiological analyses are carried out at all process steps, starting from the water source to the shipment and completion of product loading. Monitoring and updating the officially required analysis logs and ensuring that final product analyses are carried out by external laboratories at the required intervals,
• Following and controlling the realization of production processes in accordance with the legislation, current procedures, and instructions,
• Carrying out, coordinating, and supporting processes in accordance with the Quality Management System and other defined instructions and standards.
• Ensuring that quality analyses are performed and that the results are recorded in accordance with the legislation,
• Actively participating in product and raw material trial processes and recording the results,
• Implementing the Quality Management System and Food Safety requirements by guiding auditors during inspections by the relevant ministries, eliminating identified deficiencies, offering improvement suggestions, and actively participating in planned improvement activities,
• Following up on legal processes related to final product samples taken by the relevant ministries,
• Examining and reporting incoming customer complaints and producing solutions in cooperation with the relevant departments,
• Ensuring that quality processes are carried out in accordance with DyDo Occupational Safety Standards and participating in related activities,
• Being responsible for monitoring pest control activities throughout the factory, reporting non-conformities, and ensuring that corrective actions are taken.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
• Having knowledge of food safety management systems (TSE 22000, ISO 9001, BRC, etc.),
• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience,
• Preferably experienced in the beverage sector,
• Having a good command of spoken and written English,
• Preferably having knowledge of SAP,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Able to work in harmony and coordination with the team, with strong communication skills,
• Being solution-oriented with an innovative perspective,
• Acting proactively by taking responsibility with a system development perspective,
• Evaluating and analyzing processes with an analytical perspective,
• No restriction on travel,
• Living in Sakarya or being able to relocate to Sakarya.
