Energy Specialist (Auditor)

Your Role:

You'll play a pivotal role in our mission to transform the fashion industry for the better. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, verifying compliance with sustainability standards, and helping our clients reduce their environmental footprint. Your expertise will contribute to a more sustainable future for the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

Audit Process

• Conduct services (audits/assessments/verifications/ trainings, consultancy assignments) in timely and accurately manner on-site or remotely
• Communicate to Factories the customer’s requirements and convey the best practices and processes and support the client programs.
• Deliver assigned services at highest technical level as per client requirements.
• Identify the potential risks at the mills and communicate with clients and create corrective action plans to avoid any such risks in future from the supply chain partners of clients.
• Respond to questions, support customer interactions, and resolving customer concerns on Eco and chemical compliance issues in timely and accurately manner.
• Record customer interaction on required forms and communicate in timely and accurately manner to STS Country Coordinator.

Business support

• Prepare the assigned service report, corrective action plan report and record customer activities.

Requirements:

• Degree (Textiles, Chemical engineering, Environmental Science)Minimum 5 years of work experience in various Textile wet processing operations - Dyeing, Printing and Textile finishing operations including processes improvements, optimization and troubleshooting in production.
• Proficiency in Textile wet processing, water management & treatment technologies, process optimization & carbon footprint calculation methods.
• Experience in auditing/assessment
• No travel restriction nationally and internationally (up to %75 of working time)
• Fluency in English and local language, with strong written and communication skills required
• Good at communication and reporting skills
• Good at customer relationship,
• Preferably who lives in Tekirdağ, Istanbul, Bursa  or open to relocate to these cities.
• Active driver (driving licence B Class)

• Accredited Higg FEM Verifier
• Approved ZDHC Trainer
• ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 14001 certified internal / lead auditor
