QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Financial Controller to support our growing local and international business in Finance Department.

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting and/or business controlling,
• Experience in IFRS and Turkish GAAP,
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting skills and ability to interpret financial data,
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving and teamwork skills,
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent command of MS Office programs,
• SAP experience is an asset,
• Preferably residing in İstanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, account reviews, and resolution of open items.
• Drive cost closing processes, analyze unit-cost variances, and coordinate corrective actions.
•  Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support business performance.
• Coordinate Finance Shared Service Center activities and ensure accurate Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes.
• Monitor aging reports, collections, payments, accruals, provisions, and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, and IFRS audits while overseeing fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditure accounting.
• Support SAP Finance improvements, process documentation, internal controls, and reporting quality initiatives.
