What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member
- Gather and analyze detailed hiring requests from departments with recruitment needs.
- Publish and manage job postings across recruitment channels, ensuring they remain up to date while screening applications and sourcing suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from pre-onboarding to the candidate's start date by sharing the required documentation, following up on the process, and supporting the recruitment team when needed.
- Provide support to the Learning & Development team in the planning and execution of training activities.
What kind of teammate are we looking for?
- Entering the 4th year of undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Available to work 5 days a week during the summer period (July–September) and at least 3.5 days a week during the academic year.
- Possesses strong analytical thinking skills and a keen interest in research.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Residing in Istanbul.
