Job Title: Customer Representative / Account Manager (Denim Manufacturing)

Mandatory Qualifications (Must-Have):

• Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English is strictly required for managing international client communications.

• Denim Industry Experience: Proven experience in the textile industry, specifically with a strong background indenim manufacturing and customer representation.

Job Description:

• Act as the primary bridge between our global clients and the production departments.

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and effective manner.

• Manage, follow up, and coordinate the end-to-end order and production processes for denim products.

• Provide quick and effective solutions to potential operational issues, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and internal operational workflows.
