Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Support to assist with electronic component sales and support the sales process at every stage, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. This role is key to improving the sales team’s efficiency, managing backlog, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales process of electronic components and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, tracking orders, and gathering customer feedback.
• Monitor orders to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.
• Manage backlog and prepare regular reports on order status.
• Work closely with the logistics department to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate between sales and logistics to quickly resolve any issues.
• Monitor existing customers, track orders, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track product stock levels and anticipate delays in logistics processes.
• Support inventory management to ensure correct and complete shipment of orders.

Requirements:

• University graduate from engineering, mathematics, statistics, or an equivalent discipline.

• Fluency in English is required
• Basic knowledge of electronic components or similar technical products..
• Experience in backlog management, order tracking, and logistics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Team player, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and present them to management.
