We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team in the Education / Training sector. This role involves teaching English language and literature to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the academic success of our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a commitment to educational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet educational standards.
• Conduct classroom instruction and facilitate discussions to enhance student learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance and progress.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.
• Utilize educational tools and resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.
• Conduct educational needs analysis and manage training programs.
• Implement and manage e-learning initiatives.
• Engage in K-12 education and team training activities.
• Manage instructional processes and ensure quality education delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduated from university departments such as American Culture and Literature, English Language and Literature, Interpreting (English), English Linguistics, or English Teacher.
• To meet the qualification requirements for teacher appointment and assignment in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of National Education.
• Experience in the English Teacher position.
• Teaching experience, preferably with priorleadership or department head experience,
• Proficiency in English language skills.Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Familiarity with educational technology and e-learning platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
