We are looking for an International Marketing Representativeto join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international marketing, export, international sales, and/or the industrial automation sector,
• Advanced command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with international customers,
• Knowledge of at least one of the following languages is preferred: German, French, Spanish, or Arabic,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word,
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills,
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of building strong customer relationships,
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Team-oriented and collaborative,
• Strong interpersonal and professional representation skills,
• Available for domestic and international travel,
• Preferably located on the European side of Istanbul or willing to relocate,
• Applications from overseas candidates are welcome,
• Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience,
• For male Turkish citizens, completion of military service is required,

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing international customers and distributors,
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and market opportunities to support business growth,
• Coordinate customer requests and order processes with relevant departments,
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in target markets and evaluate the results,
• Participate in international trade fairs, overseas customer visits, and marketing activities,
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management,
• Work in accordance with company procedures, instructions, and management system requirements,
• Comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
