QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Control, or a related Engineering field.

• Minimum 8 years of site engineering/field coordination experience on EPC-based Power Plant projects, with exposure to multiple disciplines (electrical, mechanical, or I&C).

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with engineering document sharing and management platforms.

• Working knowledge of Field Change Request (FCR), Technical Query (RFI), and As-Built/Red-Line processes on EPC projects.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines and interface effectively with site teams, the Engineer, and the Employer’s Engineer.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to track and prioritize a high volume of open site items.

• Effective communication and coordination skills across site and remote engineering teams.

• Proven site experience with construction, installation, and commissioning interfaces.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Acting as the primary site focal point for the initiation, coordination, and tracking of Field Change Requests (FCR), Requests for Information (RFI), and Red-Line/As-Built documentation processes, ensuring adherence to all project procedures.

• Identifying field deviations in collaboration with Site/Construction and Commissioning teams, raising and numbering FCRs on the Engineering Document Sharing Platform, and ensuring complete supporting information prior to submission.

• Managing Technical Queries (RFI) raised by Site/Construction & Commissioning teams or the Employer’s Engineer; submitting site-originated queries and coordinating with the Lead Project Engineer to clarify the technical basis before submission.

• Tracking the status of all open FCR, RFI, and As-Built items on the platform, following up with the Engineer for timely responses, and escalating delays to the appropriate Lead Project Engineer or Engineering Manager.

• Coordinating the preparation and collection of Red-Line and ‘No-Change’ mark-ups from ENKA’s site team, Subcontractors, and Suppliers, ensuring references to applicable FCR numbers and timely submission to the Engineer.

• Liaising with ENKA DCC to confirm real-time synchronization of FCR, RFI, and As-Built records to the EDMS.

• Supporting the Lead Project Engineer(s) with site-level technical input during the Engineer's review of FCRs and RFIs, and coordinating involvement of the Employer’s Engineer for Standard-approval FCRs.

• Coordinating with Subcontractors' and Suppliers' site representatives for the walk-down, review, and sign-off of red-line mark-ups in accordance with the As-Built Procedure.

• Maintaining a consolidated site log/status report of FCR, RFI, and As-Built activity, issuing regular progress updates to the Site Construction Manager and Engineering Manager.

• Ensuring compliance with Company Quality procedures, Documents & Communications Codification Procedure, and Document Management System (EDMS) Procedure in all coordination activities.

• Fulfilling assigned duties completely, reporting on time, and upholding the Company's mission, vision, and values; undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
