 QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering,
• Min. 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, QMS Audits, Preparation and Tracking of Corrective Action Reports (CAR),
• Advanced knowledge in Quality Management Systems and relevant standards for proper establishment of QMS in project organizations including,
• Preferred certification: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9000:2015, ISO19011, ISO14001, ISO45001
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must,
• Strong communication and planning skills,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic,
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•       To work together with the Project Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Manager for establishing, maintaining and implementing quality management system for the project,
•       To assist Quality Assurance Manager in development, issuance, and maintenance of the project’s Quality Assurance Plan and QMS,
•       To execute systematic audits to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System,
•       To work together with the Project Quality Assurance Manager to coordinate all quality related correspondence with customer representatives,
•       To assist Quality Assurance Manager for planning and conducting quality trainings and provide necessary documentation for the trainings,   
•       To monitor corrective actions, and take necessary actions, as required,
•       To report results of internal quality system audits to the Quality Assurance Manager,
•       To prepare Monthly Quality Reports and submit to Quality Assurance Manager for review,
•       To review supplier and subcontractors’ quality plans and documentation against contract and project quality requirements,
•        To review supplier inspection procedures and supplier material certificates,
•       To monitor process performances through defined KPIs.
