As part of our growing international patient operations, we are looking for Italian-speaking Medical Consultants to join our Sales Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage patient quotations and financial transactions.

• Increase the international patient portfolio through outbound calls.

• Provide patients with written and verbal information regarding their requested treatments.

• Participate in the coordination processes of international patients.

• Assist and follow up with patients throughout and after the treatment process.

• Collect patient feedback and ensure patient satisfaction.

General Qualifications

• High school graduate; preferably holding an associate or bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency in Italian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience in telephone sales or marketing is preferred.

• Excellent persuasion and communication skills.

• Proficiency in using office computer programs.

• Energetic, target-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment.

• Strong customer satisfaction orientation, both internally and externally.

• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.

• Availability to work in a shift-based system.
