Sales & Marketing Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Min 5 years of related work experience in the production field
• Sales, sales operations or marketing experience in aluminum extrusion preferred
• Participated in international sales and export processes
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (must be highly fluent)
• Knowledge of German will be an asset
• Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
• Good team player, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Analytical thinking skills and result oriented approach
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS experience is an asset)
• Must to be free to travel (domestic and international)
• Driver's license and active driving ability

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carrying out the necessary procedures to finalize the offer within the company according to the details provided by the customers,
• Fulfilling the offer stages by discussing the offer details from customers with the necessary units of production,
• Making product definitions through the ERP system for approved projects or products,
• Creating all the details of the order in the ERP system for the products ordered, organizing price offers, order confirmations and applying related controls,
• Dealing with the details of customer orders, from receipt to shipment, covering the production process, and keeping customers actively updated during this period,
• Contacting customers for approved sales orders
• Coordinating relationships between all relevant departments for customers' requests to support direct ongoing sales and after-sales activities
• Reviewing and reporting with all relevant departments the production processes of orders
