In this journey, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager who goes beyond operational HR practices and approaches organizational development, corporate culture, and employer branding in an integrated and strategic manner.
This role offers the opportunity to strengthen HR processes while working closely with senior management to lead people-centered initiatives that shape the future of ESGAZ.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong operational expertise in payroll, personnel administration, and labor legislation
- Proven experience in establishing, developing, and improvingHR policies, processes, and practices
- Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, training, and development
- Visionary mindset in organizational development, corporate culture, and employee experience
- Strategic perspective with the ability to position HR as an integral part of the business
- Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style with strong ownership
- Experience in reporting to senior management and leading HR teams
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Eskişehir
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing, developing, and sustainably managing standards forpayroll and personnel administration processes
- Structuring recruitment, performance management, training & development, and employee relations within a corporate framework
- Leading organizational development, talent management, and succession planning initiatives
- Implementing HR practices aligned with the company’s growth objectives and effective at the operational level
- Developing projects that strengthen employer branding and employee experience
- Strengthening HR’s role as a strategic business partner through close collaboration with senior management
- Managing Human Resources and Administrative Affairs activities with a holistic approach
