We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources Department at our Headquarters located in Istanbul / Çekmeköy.

Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment, talent management, succession planning, career management, and organizational development processes with a strategic perspective
• Managing, improving, and reporting end-to-end recruitment processes
• Implementing and continuously improving the performance management system
• Contributing to organizational structuring and workforce planning processes
• Identifying training and development needs and creating annual development plans
• Developing projects aimed at increasing employee engagement and employee experience
• Managing disciplinary processes in line with company policies, procedures, and Labor Law
• Following up on onboarding and offboarding processes and coordinating related operations
• Regularly analyzing HR metrics and reporting to senior management
• Ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes by working in coordination with relevant managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector
• Experienced in workforce planning, recruitment and placement, performance management, training and development, career management, and organizational development processes
• Proficient in SAP and SuccessFactors applications
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach
• Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
