Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a “Recruitment Executive” to be assigned with in the HR.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process etc
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, carrier sites, employee referrals, etc
• Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
• Keeping an eye on global talent trends and best cases for inspiration
• Supporting the design & execution of talent initiatives
• Experienced in and eager to track and report HR recruitment metrics regularly
• Eager to support ongoing HR related projects in diverse fields
• Developing and managing the company’s employer brand
• Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the management

Skills and Experience

• Graduate from a relevant bachelor’s degree program, preferably holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Management and Organization or HR Management
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, in cosmetics companies, FMCG companies or executive search firms
• Experienced in competency-based interviews, personality inventories and general ability tests
• Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
• Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
• Able to operate within the fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, organize and multi-task
• Be flexible and keen to learn
• Have excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
