Long-Term Human Resources Intern

As a Long-Term HR Intern, you will support recruitment, HR operations, employee experience, and employer branding activities while working closely with experienced HR professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your professional skills and gain practical exposure to different areas of Human Resources.

Your Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Human Resources operations
• Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination
• Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities when needed
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure data accuracy
• Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel
• Assist with employee-related processes and internal communications
• Support the organization and follow-up of HR projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferably 3rd or 4th year student)
• Available to support the team for a minimum of 6 months
• The university must be able to provide internship insurance for a voluntary (long-term) internship
• Residing in Manisa or İzmir
• Strong interest in Human Resources and motivation to build a career in HR
• Good command of English (B1-B2 level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
