Senior Marketing & Business Development

Tieres is a premium womenswear brand currently in its launch phase, built on three generations of textile craftsmanship and a contemporary European vision. We are looking for an experienced professional to support the brand’s international growth, brand positioning, and business development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the brand’s international growth strategy
• Identify suitable international showrooms, buyers, retailers, and wholesale partners
• Support brand positioning within the European premium womenswear market
• Develop international marketing and business development opportunities
• Coordinate showroom, trade fair, and fashion week processes
• Provide strategic guidance for platforms such as Première Vision, Tranoï, White Milano, Who’s Next, and Pure London
• Develop relationships with premium retail and department store networks
• Conduct competitor and market analysis
• Contribute to wholesale pricing and collection positioning strategies
• Support long-term brand partnerships and international expansion

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion marketing, international business development, wholesale, showroom management, or brand consultancy
• Strong understanding of the European premium fashion market
• Existing network within buyers, retailers, showrooms, or fashion platforms
• Experience working with premium or luxury fashion brands
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• Familiarity with international trade fairs and fashion industry calendars
