The FläktGroup Turkey Factory is located in Dilovası/Kocaeli, and the Sales & Service Office is in Istanbul. 

We are currently looking for a Technical Sales & Service Engineer for our  Sales Department in Kadıköy / Istanbul.

Job Description:

• Selection of HVAC devices, preparation of technical outputs, especially the preparation of comparison tables and tender documents in large-scale tenders.
• Collaboration with domestic and international Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Technical Support Teams to provide the necessary technical solutions for the project.
• Ensuring necessary coordination with customers and field sales teams.
• Providing technical support to the sales team regarding the products.
• Preparation and delivery of technical training for in-house product and selection program education.
• Entering orders into the ERP system and sharing orders with relevant plants.
• Coordinating with finance, logistics, and production units of relevant departments to ensure error-free and timely delivery of orders to customers.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
• New graduate or with a maximum of 3 years of experience,
• Proficient in MS Office and preferably ERP programs,
• Proficient in spoken and written English,
• Skilled in reporting,
• Team player,
• Strong communication and organizational skills, good interpersonal relationships,
• Open to innovation, willing to self-develop,
• Problem-solving skills and responsible."
