Located in the unique atmosphere of Cappadocia and inspired by the philosophy of “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” Fortuna of Cappadocia – Autograph Collection by Marriott is looking for a Chef de Partieto join our team.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related fields,
• Preferably experienced in international chain hotels or luxury hospitality establishments,
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in professional kitchen operations,
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations,
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures,
• Ability to manage a designated kitchen section independently and efficiently,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Committed to quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction,
• Good command of English,
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and operate the assigned kitchen section in accordance with Marriott International standards,
• Prepare, cook, and present food items according to established recipes and quality standards,
• Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation of all dishes,
• Supervise and support Commis Chefs and kitchen staff within the assigned section,
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times,
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering procedures,
• Minimize food waste and contribute to cost control objectives,
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth daily operations,
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards,
• Contribute to exceptional guest dining experiences through high-quality food production and service excellence.
