QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably specialized in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal processes),
• Preferably experienced in sales of heat exchangers, HVAC systems, or industrial equipment,
• Advanced level of English (a second foreign language is a plus),
• Knowledge of international sales and export processes,
• Customer-oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills,
• Analytical thinker with a results- and target-driven mindset,
• Strong communication and representation skills,
• Team player with a high sense of responsibility,
• Proficient in MS Office applications (CRM experience is a plus),
• No travel restrictions and able to drive actively,
• For male candidates, completion of military service is required,
• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing sales activities of company-manufactured heat exchangers in assigned international markets,
• Acquiring new customers and conducting market development activities in responsible regions,
• Maintaining sustainable relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction,
• Managing quotation preparation, pricing, contracts, and order processes,
• Coordinating export operations with relevant departments,
• Conducting market and competitor analysis and providing regular reports to management,
• Taking an active role in international fairs, customer visits, and business development activities,
• Being responsible for achieving sales targets and regularly monitoring performance.
