RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders with a strong focus on service excellence,
• Support customers with questions on price, availability, basic technical and operational questions,
• Inform customers on the launch of new products and prices, product cancellations and replacements,
• Set up new customers in the system and manage parameters for electronic ordering,
• Follow up logistics, quality, and price claims,
• Initiate price requests, campaign requests, price complaints and give feedback to Sales Team and Customers,
• Follow up payment issues,
• Provide monthly sales figures for customers,
• Support Sales Team with order/sales reporting/administration,
• Be in a strong communication with several local and global departments for a better workflow
• Have knowledge of country/customs/legal requirements for Middle East market

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Having a good command of English language
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome, but not mandatory
• Using the MS Office applications effectively
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in the processes like Customer Service, Sales or Sales Support, Foreign Trade, etc.
