Channel Support Specialist
About Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially minded Channel Support Specialist to strengthen our distributor, dealer, and direct sales channels. This role will be responsible for enhancing channel effectiveness, supporting sales growth initiatives, delivering product and sales training, and ensuring the effective use of CRM and sales enablement tools across global markets.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about developing new ideas that improve sales performance and channel engagement. This position requires frequent domestic and international travel to support distributors, dealers, and customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Support
- Support and coordinate activities across distributor, dealer, and direct sales channels.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners to improve engagement, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify channel development opportunities and recommend actions to increase market penetration and sales effectiveness.
- Participate in domestic and international visits to distributors, dealers, and key customers.
Training & Sales Enablement
- Design and deliver product, application, and sales training programs for channel partners and internal sales teams.
- Develop training materials, sales presentations, product guides, and other sales enablement tools.
- Ensure channel partners have the knowledge and resources required to effectively represent the company and its products.
- Support onboarding and continuous development of new distributors and dealers.
CRM & Sales Applications
- Promote and monitor the effective use of CRM and other sales applications throughout the sales network.
- Provide guidance, training, and support regarding CRM best practices and data quality standards.
- Analyze CRM data and sales performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to enhance system utilization and reporting capabilities.
Marketing & Business Development Support
- Contribute to the development of channel marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights from the field.
- Recommend new tools, processes, and initiatives that support revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations for management.
