About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, digitally savvy and highly professional Growth & Marketing Specialist to support our growing operations.

This role combines growth marketing, digital content, social media management, CRM administration, lead management and client engagement. The successful candidate will help strengthen our digital presence, support business growth initiatives and ensure prospective clients receive a professional and timely experience from the very first interaction.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a commercially minded professional who can combine growth marketing, lead management, CRM discipline and client engagement to support the growth of multiple business lines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up inbound enquiries received through websites, WhatsApp, telephone and other communication channels
  • Conduct initial lead qualification and maintain lead follow-up processes
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead pipelines
  • Monitor lead sources, conversion rates and campaign performance
  • Support business development and growth initiatives
  • Create content using AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms
  • Design marketing materials and social media content using Canva
  • Manage company LinkedIn pages and social media accounts
  • Plan, schedule and publish social media content
  • Prepare blog articles, newsletters and marketing communications
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Apply SEO best practices and support content optimisation efforts
  • Monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads performance and assist with campaign coordination
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, developers and service providers when required
  • Maintain online listings and digital portfolio content in line with company standards


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, CRM, business development, customer relations, hospitality, serviced offices, real estate or related fields
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and social media platforms
  • Experience creating content using Canva and AI-powered tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation
  • Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Zoho CRM
  • Experience in real estate, property management, serviced offices, coworking, hospitality or professional services sectors
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience coordinating external agencies and service providers
  • Arabic language skills
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting
