HR Projects and Analytics Specialist / Assistant Specialist
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer and Instructional Technologies Education, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field,
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources projects and reporting,
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel,
- Strong analytical thinking skills,
- An innovative and creative mindset,
- A collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility,
- Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills,
- Good command of English,
- For male candidates, completion of military service,
- Preferably residing on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.
- Job Description
- Implementing the performance management system processes,
- Managing HRIS projects such as the Personnel Attendance Control System (PDKS), performance management system, intranet etc.,
- Designing and developing HR reports and establishing regular reporting structures,
- Taking an active role in projects aimed at the digitalisation and automation of HR processes,
- Supporting initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR systems.
